By accessing and using ReWearHub, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Selling on ReWearHub

When listing items for sale, you agree that:

• You are the legal owner of the item.
• The item is authentic and not a counterfeit.
• The item description and photos accurately represent the condition of the item.
• You will ship the item within the specified timeframe upon sale.

4. Prohibited Items

You may not list items that are illegal, stolen, counterfeit, or infringe upon intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or our policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

ReWearHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
